With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.
This legal literacy activity, one in a series on the Canadian federal human rights process, covers discriminatory practices and defences under the Canadian Human Rights Act. Adult learners are prompted to search the internet to find the website of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and answer questions about what they read on the website.
