In this webinar, speakers Lily Tekle and Nicole Guthrie discuss the temporary resident permit program and a new permanent residence pathway for child welfare survivors. People who came to Canada under the age of 19 and were in state care for at least 12 months may be eligible to apply. The permanent residence pathway is available until January 21, 2027. This webinar is presented by Our System, Our Children, Our Responsibility (OSOCOR) in partnership with the Black Legal Action Centre, the Refugee Law Office, and CLEO Connect.
