The Ontario Women's Directorate (OWD) works to increase women's economic security and to end violence against women. OWD collaborates with women's organizations and across government to advance women’s equality, support their safety and improve their economic security. OWD also provides grants to organizations that offer innovative violence prevention education programs and training programs for jobs and entrepreneurship.
