The Council of Elizabeth Fry Societies of Ontario (CEFSO) represents the Elizabeth Fry Societies in Ontario. It is the regional advocate for women in conflict with the law in this province and monitors jail conditions, does research, and promotes public understanding about women in the criminal justice system.
