Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP)

Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP) provides free legal services to low-income residents of Toronto and to York University students. CLASP also provides free legal services to low-income residents outside of Toronto for criminal matters proceeding within the City of Toronto. CLASP also offers social work services to existing clients if clients want this service. Services are provided by law students and social work students supervised by lawyers and social workers.
