The Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) promotes legal protection of civil rights and liberties, particularly with reference to freedom of expression, police powers, and government intrusions. The CCLA organizes court interventions, presents briefs to provincial and federal legislative committees, and provides deputations to public inquiries. Their education programme provides seminars and workshops in schools and education faculties. Please note that the CCLA cannot offer legal representation.
