With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.
This legal literacy activity, one in a series on criminal procedure, covers information about the criminal trial process in Canada. Adult learners are prompted to review videos about provincial and Superior Court. They are also encouraged to visit a local courthouse, keep a journal of what they observed there, and discuss this with their tutor or instructor.
