With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.
This legal literacy activity, one in a series on the Canadian federal human rights process, covers a federal employer's duty to accommodate people in the workplace. Adult learners are prompted to watch a short video and answer questions on case studies presented about what type of accommodation a federal employee might expect.
