The Canadian Human Rights Act: Filing a Complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission – a legal literacy activity

With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.

This legal literacy activity, one in a series on the Canadian federal human rights process, covers how to file a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Adult learners are prompted to review a web page outlining the complaint process, review a case study, and then complete a complaint form based on the case study.
