Reconsideration of a Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) decision – a legal literacy activity

With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.

This legal literacy activity, one in a series on the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), covers how to apply for a reconsideration if your application for CPP disability benefits (CPPD) has been denied. Adult learners are prompted to review an information sheet on this process and prepare written answers to questions.
