Human Trafficking and the Law: Supporting Trafficked People in Ontario

  • How to navigate the criminal justice system in a human trafficking situation
  • The legal options that trafficked people have
    • for staying safe during a human trafficking investigation and trial
    • for protecting their immigration status
    • for protecting their rights in the workplace

The training was created by the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario with the support of METRAC, FCJ Refugee Centre, Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI) and the Chinese and South East Asian Legal Clinic (CSALC).
