Appealing a Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) Decision to the Social Security Tribunal – a legal literacy activity

With the support of the Canadian Bar Association Law for the Future Fund, the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc., in cooperation with the Organization for Literacy in Lambton, has created a series of Legal Literacy Activities.

This legal literacy activity, one in a series on the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), covers how to appeal a decision about CPP disability (CPPD) benefits to the Social Security Tribunal. Adult learners are prompted to find and review information on CLEO's Steps to Justice website and answer written questions based on what they learned.
