Aboriginal Women: Custody and Access

This booklet focuses on the arrangements for the care of their children that parents must make when they separate or do not live together. It describes different types of arrangements and explains how courts decide issues of custody and access. There is also information on moving with the children, travelling with the children, and preventing child abduction.
