This article reviews the main features and goals of the Canadian Forum on Civil Justice, with focus on the Civil Justice System and the Public research. With respect to PLEI delivery and resources, this article examines how both the public and members of the justice community rate the availability, accessibility and usefulness of various methods of PLEI delivery and resources. Studies are referenced that deal with preferred methods of PLEI delivery, subject matter and evaluation techniques to ensure maximized audience comprehension. Results showed that information on civil court system and protocol are among the most needed PLEI resources among low-income populations.
