Public Legal Education and Information resources in BC: Update 2014

This report provides an overview of the current public legal education and information (PLE) resources on civil law topics included on B.C.'s Clicklaw website. It is intended in part as an update of a previous report commissioned five years earlier. The author concludes that the only major development in legal needs in the five year period between the two reports is the growing number of self-represented litigants. The report also identifies gaps in PLE in certain topic areas such as debt, creditor issues, and legal topics affecting seniors.
