This series of seven working papers contains information about the fieldwork for a research project that provides a global overview of digital delivery of legal services to people on low incomes. They build upon findings in an earlier report co-written by this author.
The overall project provides a snapshot of developments in digital delivery of legal services in British Columbia, England, Wales, the US and the Netherlands, and discusses some of the issues that digital delivery of PLE raises for governments, funders, providers and users. The research was conducted in 2014.
