Applications of the Internet for Public Legal Education

This paper sketches some of the current and potential applications of the Internet for PLE. The authors caution that the Internet not only offers new methods of engaging in public legal education but demands a reconceptualization of the PLE itself which is said to have as its purpose both increased public capacity and participation in justice systems and also general receptivity of legal practitioners at every level to public involvement in the law in a variety of ways.
