The Parole Board of Canada (PBC), as part of the criminal justice system, makes independent, conditional release and pardon decisions and clemency recommendations. Through the victim's portal, victims and their representatives can recieve information concerning the offender, submit submit information to the PBC, attend a hearing, and present a victim statement.
