Parkdale Community Legal Services (PCLS) is a community-based legal clinic for low-income residents of the Parkdale and Swansea neighbourhoods in west Toronto. PCLS provides direct legal services, and engages in community development, public legal education, and law reform activities.
Reflecting the cultural and linguistic diversity of the neighbourhoods it serves, PCLS also provides interpretation services on select days in eight different languages: Polish, Tamil, Spanish, Tibetan, Portuguese, Hungarian, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
