The Legacy of Hope Foundation (LHF) is a national, Indigenous, charitable organization founded in 2000 with the goal of educating and raising awareness about the history and impacts of the Residential School System on First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Survivors, their descendants, and their communities. LHF works to address racism and discrimination by teaching about the true history of Indigenous Peoples, including the rich contributions they have made, fostering empathy and understanding and by inspiring action that contributes to Reconciliation.
