Homeless Connect Toronto coordinates one-day events – essentially a “one-stop-shop” for supports and services for people at-risk or experiencing homelessness. It is a collaborative effort of social service agencies, business organizations, and volunteers to bring together under one roof supports and services, such as housing, employment, legal, dental, and other health care services. Service providers deliver as many of their services as they can on-site, minimizing the need for referral or follow-up.
